THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) OF 562111, SOLID WASTE COLLECTION, WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $41.5 MILLION IS TO BE USED FOR MARKET ANALYSIS ONLY TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF POTENTIAL SMALL BUSINESS CATEGORIES FOR POTENTIAL SET-ASIDES. NO AWARDS WILL BE MADE FROM THIS SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION IS AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME, THEREFORE, DO NOT REQUEST A COPY OF THE SOLICITATION. ALL RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE ACQUISITION STRATEGY FOR FUTURE ACQUISITION.

This sources sought notice is being published by F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming, for market research purposes only, to identify potential sources capable of providing a bi-weekly refuse collection for 15 Missile Alert Facilities (MAF) throughout Wyoming, Nebraska, and Colorado. (See Statement of Work for more details). The Government anticipates awarding a base contract with four (4) option years.

The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. Based on the responses to this sources sought/request for information notice, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. All small business set-aside categories will be considered.

All interested parties are invited to send a capability statement that will briefly describe how your company can satisfy the requirement described above to the following: lisa.obenchain@us.af.mil and to maria_lourdes.bustillo@us.af.mil. Please ensure your capability statement includes:

1. Years of experience your company has for this requirement or similar in nature.


2. All pertinent Information where your company has provided these services.


3. Statement that you have the capability to provide ALL requirements as stated on the Statement of Work (SOW).

In addition to the capability statement, please provide:
