Amendment 5 - Clarifies an answer from Amendment 2's Q&A document regarding WOSB statuses. Please see the attached document "Amendment 5 - WOSB Clarification" for complete information. Amendment 4 - Adds the following documents: Q&A document, revised CLIN definitions, revised price schedule, new drawing, and a revised drawing. Amendment 3 - Adds a Q&A document and a revised drawing. Amendment 2 - Adds a Q&A document, adds an updated site visit attendee list, and extends the due date. Amendment 1 - Adds documents and removes the "subject to availability of funds" clause. GRTE Rehabilitate Moran Water System PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Replacement of a water system in Moran in Grand Teton National Park. The primary work of this contract will include, installation of a well house, water lines, wells, sewer lines, as well as demolition of existing components. SET-ASIDE TYPE: This procurement is being solicited as Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set aside. BONDS: Required as stated in Block 12. Payment and Performance bonds in the amount of 100% of contract award amount. NAICS CODE: 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction with a small business size standard of $39.5M. MAGNITUDE: In accordance with FAR 36.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. DURATION: The contract performance period is start within 10 days of the NTP and complete by July 1, 2022. SITE VISIT: See FAR 52.236-27 for additional information. WAGE RATES: Davis Bacon wage rates apply and are included as part of this solicitation package. Please access http://www.sam.gov to update your records prior to submitting final offer. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING OFFER: Refer to Section L and M. The contractor agrees that they will follow the specifications provided. Offer may be provided electronically or direct to contracting office. A detailed breakdown of the offeror's proposal price (e.g., labor, materials, profit, overhead, and other pricing elements) may be requested by the Contracting Officer during the evaluation and pre-award process to support a fair market value award. The contractor is encouraged to be proactive and prepare details for submission when preparing lump sum offer information.
