Description
REQUEST FOR INFORMATION / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY

The Department of Veteran Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO 19), Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center (RMAC) is seeking information and sources that can provide Autopsy Service for Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 19.
Contractor shall provide Autopsy Services complete and Brain only, including special testing if required to establish cause of death. The contractor shall provide transport of the decedent and shall provide 24hr service to the VA facility. The preliminary report shall be provided in 48 hours or less with a final report to follow within 30 days unless there is extenuating circumstances such as special testing, toxicology and results needed for final report. If the final report is to be delayed past 30 days, the contractor will notify requestor as to what tests are pending. The transporting services will be transporting from Cheyenne VAHCS, 2360 east Pershing Blvd., Cheyenne WY, 82001.
