PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY OF RAWLINS, a Wyoming Municipal Corporation , will receive sealed bids in accordance with the Indoor Shooting Range Shooting Stalls re-bid documents. Bids will be received in the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, PO Box 953, 521 West Cedar Street, Rawlins, WY 82301, until Thursday, June 1 ^st , 2023, 2:00 pm, at which time bids will be publicly opened. No faxed or email bids shall be considered, and no bids will be considered which are received after the scheduled time. All bids shall be on separate City Bid Forms and in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the name of the project “Indoor Shooting Range Shooting Stalls” in the lower left-hand corner.

The “Bid Specifications,” “Bid Form,” “Invitation to Bid,” “General Provisions,” and W.S. §15-1-113 are by reference made a part of the bidding documents and are integral to this invitation to bid. The City of Rawlins reserves the right to accept deviations from the specifications and to waive any and all formalities or technicalities in the bidding in the sole discretion of the City. The City reserves the right to reject all bids or accept any bid, which in its sole and absolute judgment, shall under all circumstances best serve the City's interests. Bidders must use the City Bid Form. Bid documents may be examined at the City Clerk's Office at the address shown above, by calling 307-328-4500, or by downloading them from the Rawlins website at www.rawlinswy.gov/bids . A bid guarantee is required pursuant to W. S.§15-1-113(f); each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee, in the form as stated in the General Provisions, in the amount of 5% of the total amount of the bid, to be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages in the event the bidder , upon the letting of the contract to him, fails to enter into the contract within thirty (30) days after it is presented for that purpose or fails to proceed with the performance of the contract. All bids must remain open for forty-five (45) days after the date of opening of the bids as the City may require that time period for acceptance of the winning bid.

Pursuant to W.S. § 16-6-106 preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured, supplied or grown in Wyoming, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state.
