The City of Cheyenne will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Office, Room 309, 2101 O'Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, Wyoming, until 3:00 p.m. on March 27, 2023 for the Surplus Sale Of One (1) Used Reel Grinder, And One (1) Used Bedknife Grinder. The grinders will be sold “AS-IS-WHERE-IS”.
The provisions of Wyoming Statute 15-1-113 & 15-1-112 are by reference made a part of the bidding documents. The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any formality or technicality in the bidding in the interest of the City.
