The City of Cheyenne, Wyoming, hereby requests proposals for the Public Works Improvements Project.
Proposals must be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 PM MST on April 6, 2023 to the City of Cheyenne Purchasing Office, Room 309, 2101 O’Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, WY.
An OPTIONAL pre-proposal meeting will be held on Monday, March 20, 2023, at 11:00 A.M. Mountain Time, Cheyenne Municipal Building, 2101 O’Neil Ave, Room 208, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001.
The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any formality or technicality in the Proposals in the interest of the City.
