REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL RFP #4-23 DOWNLOAD RFP HERE

The City of Cheyenne, Wyoming, hereby requests proposals for the Transfer Station Lift Station Upgrade or Replacement project.

Proposals must be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 PM MST on January 4, 2023 to the City of Cheyenne Purchasing Office, Room 309, 2101 O’Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, WY.

A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held on December 8, 2022, Beginning At 3:00 P.M. Mountain Time, at the Cheyenne Transfer Station, 220 N. College Drive, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82001.

The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any formality or technicality in the Proposals in the interest of the City.
