THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT February 14, 2023.
Resurface Roads and Parking Lots for Storm Water Management Plan Phase 3
36C25923R0039
The Sheridan VA Healthcare System has a need to repair and reconstruct all the roadways and parking lots as identified and detailed as Phase three (3) in the provided plans and specifications. Contractor shall demolish and remove existing asphalt, curb and gutter and provide a new surface for all roadways identified in Phase three. For all parking lots identified in Phase three, the contractor will remove existing asphalt, concrete wheel stops, curb and gutter and provide a new surface.
The NAICS code for this procurement is 237310 with a small business size standard of $45 M.
The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.
