AN AMENDMENT TO SOLICITATION 36C25924Q0013 POSTED ON JANUARY 04, 2024. The purpose of this amendment is as follows: To include the following clause: FAR 52.232-18 Availability of Funds (Apr 1984) is added to this solicitation. Funds are not currently available for this solicitation. Award of a contract as a result of this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment of this contract may be made. There shall be no legal liability on the part of the Government for contract purposes until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer. The Contracting Officer will confirm availability of funds in writing to the contractor upon award of contract. Please note the Proposal Acceptance Period has changed from 90 calendar days to 120 calendar days. All offers will be emailed to Jason Rankin at Jason.rankin@va.gov. All other items and conditions remain the same.
