The purpose of this combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 (incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-01 dated Nov 14, 2023 and FAC 2023-06 dated Dec 4, 2023) is to purchase and deliver (or pick-up) a New Gooseneck Horse Trailer for the LEI (Law Enforcement Investigations) unit, Wapiti Ranger District, Shoshone National Forest in Cody, Wyoming, that will be used to haul up to six (6) horses at a time.
