The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Bridger-Teton National Forest has a need for Mobile Hearing Conservation Testing at the locations and dates/times listed in the attached request for quote. Up to 160 tests are required, including mobilization and two optional make up days. This solicitation includes a base year and four option years.

Amendment 002: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response deadline to 2/20/2024 at 1:00 PM Mountain Time due to the federal holiday on 2/19/2024. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. (sign and date in boxes 15a.-15c. and return with your quote)
