153rd Wyoming ANG Contracting in Cheyenne, WY hereby gives notice of its INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT to Rooftop Anchor Inc. for procurement of a Rooftop Anchor Fall Protection System in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO).

All materials, labor, tools, and transportation needed to furnish the following:

CLIN 0001 - Rooftop Anchor Fall Protection System (to include all items/services below) – 1 Job

1 - Professional Engineering

2 - 70’ Single Track Monorail System

1 - 50’ Single Track Monorail System

1 - 31’ Single Track Monorail System

2 - 22’ Single Track Monorail System

12 - A/B Nano-Lok SRL

CLIN 0002 - Shipping – 1 Each

CLIN 0003 – Installation, Certification and Warranty – 1 Each

This requirement is conducted under FAR 6.301-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Requirement.

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action to Rooftop Anchor Inc.. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE OR PROPOSAL. The Government has a need for Rooftop Anchor Inc. to provide a Rooftop Anchor Fall Protection System (FTU) for the Wyoming ANG in Cheyenne, WY.

Period of Performance: One time installation

Therefore, Rooftop Anchor Inc. is the only known company that can satisfy the Government’s requirement.

Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered. All interested firms must respond by Monday, 14 Aug 2023, 10:00pm MDT to MSgt Chris Davalos, Christopher.davalos.1@us.af.mil and MSgt Kris Kahle, kristopher.kahle@us.af.mil. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. 153rd WY ANG Contracting will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
