SOLE SOURCE AWARD



The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to TriageLogic, LLC. The company shall provide After Hours Telephonic Triage Services for the Wind River Service Unit, Fort Washakie, Wyoming.



This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the software are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 3 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for determining to conduct a competitive procurement.



The NAICS for this requirement is 621999 All Other Miscellaneous Ambulatory Healthcare services with a Small Business Size Standard of $20.5 Million.
