The National Park Service, Department of Interior, is soliciting proposals for construction firms having the capability to perform the work described below. This solicitation will be issued electronically, on the SAM.gov website. The entire solicitation package will be available in Adobe PDF. Paper copies of the solicitation when issued will not be made available.

Title of Project: GRTE Replace Jenny Lake CG Water System Improve the Jenny Lake Campground Water System, Grand Teton National Park
Description: Grand Teton National Park (GRTE), GRTE Replace Jenny Lake CG Water System Improve the Jenny Lake Campground Water System - Replace the Jenny Lake Campground Water System (PMIS#240717) and Repair/replace Jenny Lake Campground Loop Road (PMIS#240852), Grand Teton National Park. Jenny Lake is one of the most popular visitor areas within the park. The Jenny Lake campground is a small, but important campground within Grand Teton National Park. Work for this project consists of:
1. Upgrading and replacing the domestic water distribution network throughout the Jenny Lake Campground. The water system construction will utilize open-trench placement, all new HDPE distribution piping, and abandonment of the existing piping in-place as to limit ground disturbance.
2. The placement of empty dry utility conduit and pull boxes at points within the campground, to allow minimal ground disturbance in the future, when adding electrical pedestals at select camp sites.
3. Reconstruction of the asphalt roadway surface throughout the entire campground, with full depth roadway reclamation in select areas. Roadway replacement will be in-kind, with spurs and roadways maintaining their existing widths and size (primarily single lane, except for the main road entering the loop and the small parking area.
Location of Work: Grand Teton National Park, Teton County, Wyoming, USA
Type of Procurement: A negotiated firm-fixed contract will be awarded in response to the solicitation. The government will consider an offeror's technical capability in comparison to its price.
Project Magnitude: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000
Time for contract completion: The period of performance will start on approximately 1 October 2023 and be completed by approximately 1 November 2024.
