CITY OF RAWLINS, WYOMING

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR INSTALLATION OF RTU’S AT Three (3) DIFFERENT LOCATIONS

The City of Rawlins, a Wyoming Municipal Corporation (“City”), is hereby soliciting sealed proposals for the installation of new roof top package units AHU’s and MAU for three locations and all controls. All existing RTUs, BAS, and controls are outdated and need to be replaced. The proposal is to include all labor and installation.

Proposal Period:

A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough is required. These walkthroughs will be scheduled individually with all interested parties. Walkthrough is expected to take a minimum of four (4) hours and must be completed at least one week prior to Tuesday, April 9, 2024. To schedule the mandatory pre-bid walkthrough, call 307-328-4599 and ask to speak with Anthony Zabala.

The City further reserves the right to excuse technical defects in a proposal when, in its sole discretion, such excuse is beneficial to the City. The City reserves the right to award the contract in a manner deemed to be in the best interest of its citizens.

Submissions for this proposal will be due no later than 2 pm, Mountain Time on April 23, 2024. Please submit proposals in an envelope marked “Install New Roof Top HVAC Units and Building Automation Systems” to:
