The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to create a transparent process for interested parties to develop a clear, practical and implementable Comprehensive Plan for the City of Douglas.
RFQ’s will be accepted until 3:00PM MST, September 29, 2023, and will be evaluated immediately following.
