AIRPORT IMPROVEMENTS
NORTHEAST WYOMING REGIONAL AIRPORT
GILLETTE, WY

Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received and publicly opened at 2:00 p.m., local time on April 4, 2023, by the NORTHEAST WYOMING REGIONAL AIRPORT at the Airport Administration Office, 2000 Airport Road, Suite 108, Gillette, WY 82716, for the construction of “Airport Improvements” to include the following:

• Terminal Generators
• Schedule 1 – New Commercial Terminal Generator
• Additive Alternate 1 – Relocate Generator to GA Terminal

All bids shall be submitted in accordance with and on the forms included in the Project Manual. The bidder’s name and address shall appear in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to:

Bid Bond
All bids must be accompanied by lawful monies of the United States or a Cashier's Check, a Certified Check, Bid Bond, Bank Money Order or Bank Draft, drawn and issued by a National Banking Association located in the State of Wyoming, or by any Banking Corporation incorporated under the Laws of the State of Wyoming, in an amount equal to not less than ten (10) percent of the total bid, payable to the order of the Northeast Wyoming Regional Airport as liquidated damages in the event said successful bidder shall fail or refuse to execute the contract in accordance with the terms of his bid.

• The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities.

Pre-Bid Meeting
A pre-bid meeting is hereby established at 2:00 p.m., March 21, 2023, at the Northeast Wyoming Regional Airport Operations Office, Gillette, WY 82716.

Funding for This Contract is State Assisted
This contract will be funded by Campbell County. Award of the Contract by the Sponsor will be made subject to availability of funds. Bidders may not withdraw Proposals for a period of Sixty (60) days after the bid opening date.
