Notice is hereby given that separate sealed bids for the furnishing of:

Landfill no. 2 Phase IV-A Cell Construction Design

Will be received by the Campbell County Board of Commissioners until 11:00 a.m., local time, the 27 ^th day of March 2024, and then publicly opened and read aloud. The packages will be received at the following location:

Electronic copies of the contract documents may be obtained from Burns & McDonnell engineering company (engineer) upon request at no cost. Please contact the project engineer, Kori Davis by email at kdavis2@burnsmcd.com For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. to obtain a copy of the contract documents. All questions pertaining to the project should also be submitted in writing to Kori Davis. The deadline for questions will be 5:00 p.m. local time, march 20th, 2024.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on March 14 ^th , 2024, in the Cottonwood Room of the George Amos memorial building; 412 south Gillette Avenue; Gillette, Wyoming 82716.
