The City of Cheyenne, Wyoming, hereby requests proposals for the Reed Avenue Rail Corridor Design Project.
Proposals must be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 PM MST on April 5, 2023 to the City of Cheyenne Purchasing Office, Room 309, 2101 O’Neil Avenue, Cheyenne, WY.
A non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held via Zoom On-Line Meeting on March 13, 2023, beginning at 2:00 p.m.
The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any formality or technicality in the Proposals in the interest of the City.
