The City of Cheyenne will receive sealed bids in the Purchasing Division, Room 309, Municipal Building, 2101 O'Neil Ave., Cheyenne, WY 82001, until
2:00 p.m. local time on March 3, 2020
for the “101 Columbus Drive Demolition” project.
Bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid must accompany any bid submitted.
The 5% bid guarantee may be in the form a bid bond secured and issued by a surety or guaranty company authorized to do business in the State of Wyoming or a cashier’s check made payable to the City of Cheyenne.
The successful bidder shall furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid.
A surety bond is required for contracts over $150,000.00.
