The Board of Natrona County Commissioners are accepting sealed proposals for Investment Services. Bids will be received by the Natrona County Commissioners' Office at 200 N. Center, Room 211, Casper, WY 82601 until 3:00 PM MST November 20, 2023. All properly submitted bids will be publicly opened on November 21, 2023 at 10:00 am MST at the Natrona County Commissioners' Office.

Proposers shall submit their proposals on the date and time specified in this RFP, sealed in clearly marked envelopes as follows:

Submit on (1) original copy and five (5) additional copies in a sealed envelope and clearly marked with the following information.
1. the phrase "Investment Services"
2. the date and time specified for receipt of proposals
3. the name and address of the proposer
