Notice is hereby given that Natrona County Board of County Commissioners is soliciting qualifications and proposals from interested firms until March 6, 2024 at 4:00 pm for Commissioning services for the one story, 35,000 sf new facility at 12th and Conwell Streets in Casper, Wyoming, to be operated by the Casper-Natrona County Health Department. The scope of Commissioning Services is as follows:

The submitting firm is required to electronically submit their proposal (PDF format only) by email, up to, but no later than, March 6, 2024 at 4:00 pm MST. No alternative form of submittal will be accepted. The proposal package shall be delivered electronically to the following:
